What the developers meant by the term "wheel of adventurers" and its importance of timing in battle will come in the shape of an expanded concept of synergy. This synergy would put emphasis on jobs and weapons.

As an example, Warriors using Great Axe can constantly break the enemies guard by smashing it left and right during the barrage of attacks, whereas a Dagger, Ranged or one handed user can unleash a deadly attack on the weak spots of an enemy. Doing so would not be possible if the Warrior had not broken the enemy's guard with a Great Axe.

The same synergy can be said about casters. Perhaps timing your nukes when you see there is a certain window of oppurtunity caused by a Thief, who made that oppurtunity by taking advantage of the oppurtunity the Warrior gave him.
